Group Exercise Classes are a great way to meet and train with others in an energetic environment! Working towards a common goal with other like-minded individuals is a sure fire way to improve your fitness, strength and confidence.

Includes a full warm up & cool down/stretch to ensure you’re ready to perform your best
Saturday 09:15-10am
Circuits: designed to work the entire body with a mixture of cardio & strength based stations
Bootcamp: an explosive and dynamic class involving pushing, dragging, slamming & throwing
Abs/Core: build strength and stability in this class which works the entire core, including the lower back!
We rotate through these classes each week so that attendees get the most variety and bang for their buck
